Diesel Fuel Cleanliness Solutions by Industry

One live ISO 4406 monitoring and SAE J1488:2010 single-pass filtration platform, tuned to the critical-fuel sectors where stored diesel absolutely cannot fail.

Trendfuel delivers the same live ISO 4406 monitoring, integrated with single-pass SAE J1488 filtration from our strategic partner DieselPure, tuned to three critical-fuel sectors — data centers, mining, and emergency standby power. Each gets continuous particle counts from 4–70 µm and alarms via email and SMS from Trendfuel, with DieselPure's single-pass cleaning from 40 to over 2000 L/min, worldwide.

One platform, three sectors

The same problem wears three different uniforms.

Data centers, mines and standby-power sites store diesel for very different reasons — but they share one failure mode. Stored fuel degrades, water and dust push it past ISO 4406 limits, and tank gauges never see it coming. Trendfuel monitors cleanliness live and our strategic partner DieselPure cleans the fuel in a single pass — so contaminated diesel is caught and corrected before it reaches the engine.

Since 2020 Trendfuel has been monitoring over 1 million litres of fuel distribution every week — including roughly 1.2 million litres a week in the Pilbara, Australia; Trendfuel HMI/PLC control systems also run at 120+ global emergency-power sites that include hyperscale data centers. The platform pairs Trendfuel's laser particle counters streaming to a secure cloud dashboard at sub-3-second latency (under 4 seconds round trip in most locations) with single-pass SAE J1488:2010 filtration from DieselPure. The result is the same across every vertical: stored diesel taken from 22/20/14 to 9/6/0 in a single pass by DieselPure, with the Trendfuel alarms, optional dispensing lockout and securely stored records to prove it.

Data centers

Standby fuel you can verify

Backup diesel must run the instant the grid fails — and survive audits and insurer scrutiny. Continuous ISO 4406 data from Trendfuel and single-pass filtration from DieselPure keep its condition visible and documented, with audit-ready records.

Data center solution
Mining

Protect haul-truck fleets

Remote sites, abrasive dust and huge bulk volumes punish injectors and pumps. High-flow single-pass filtration up to 2000+ L/min and live ISO 4406 data over satellite/Starlink or LoRaWAN keep equipment productive.

Mining solution
Emergency power

Data for standby readiness

Hospitals, telecom and utilities can't gamble on stored-fuel quality. Trendfuel measures and reports it continuously, with alarms and records to prove its condition for regulators and insurers; DieselPure can bring it into spec.

Common questions

Solutions by industry, answered.

What industries does Trendfuel serve?
Trendfuel serves three critical-fuel sectors: data centers with standby diesel, mining operations with bulk haul-truck fuel, and emergency or standby power sites such as hospitals, telecom and utilities. Every sector runs the same live ISO 4406 monitoring from Trendfuel, integrated with single-pass SAE J1488:2010 filtration from our strategic partner DieselPure.
Is it the same platform across every industry?
Yes. The same live ISO 4406 particle-counting hardware, secure cloud dashboard and alarms from Trendfuel, integrated with DieselPure's single-pass SAE J1488:2010 filtration, are tuned per sector by flow rate, connectivity and target cleanliness — from 40 to over 2000 L/min.
How clean can the fuel be made?
On live sites, our strategic partner DieselPure takes stored diesel from an ISO 4406 of 22/20/14 before the filter to 9/6/0 after a single pass, with Trendfuel monitoring cleanliness across all three sectors.
Does Trendfuel work at remote sites with no fixed internet?
Yes. Trendfuel supports 5G/LTE/3G, IoT SIM cards, LoRaWAN and satellite (including Starlink) connectivity, so live fuel-quality data streams from remote mining, data center and standby-power sites worldwide.
Where should I start?
Start with the sector closest to your operation, or read the ISO 4406 monitoring pillar and how it works. Then book a site assessment and we'll tune the platform to your storage, pumping and flow rates.
